PERSONALISED PRODUCTS POLICY

All our products are personalised to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

However, we stand behind our premium quality:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will replace faulty items at no cost to you

For non-personalised items (if applicable):

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
