1. Processing Time

Personalised Items:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Each frame is handcrafted specifically for your order
  • Processing begins once payment is confirmed and personalisation details are received
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another notification when your item ships with tracking information.

2. UK Shipping

Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping cost: £4.95
  • Carrier: Royal Mail or courier service

Free Delivery:

  • Available on all orders over £50
  • Automatically applied at checkout
  • Same 3-5 business day delivery timeframe

Total Timeline: Please allow 8-12 business days total from order placement to delivery (5-7 days processing + 3-5 days shipping).

3. International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Please contact us at for:

4. Shipping Address

6. Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Parcels:

  • Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery
  • We will work with the courier to resolve issues
  • Replacement items will be sent for damaged goods at no cost

Undelivered Parcels:

  • If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the courier will leave a card
  • Parcels may be held at a local depot or post office for collection
  • Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur a re-shipping fee

While we strive to meet our processing and delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We currently do not ship to:
