How to Personalise Your Gift
Turn your photographs, names or design into a personalised gift from Mini Disabled Crafter. Here's how to order.
1. Choose your product
Browse our personalised gifts and choose a design. Select the available size, finish and other options on its product page. For photo frames, choose the number of photographs offered by that design.
2. Place your order
Complete your order and keep your order confirmation email. The product page explains which features and options are available for your chosen item.
3. Reply with your details
Reply to your order confirmation email with your photographs and any names, wording or design details needed for your product. Include your order number so we can match the details to your purchase.
- Send the original photo files where possible, rather than screenshots.
- Choose clear photographs with the important subjects in focus.
- For multi-photo frames, tell us which photos you would like in each position.
- Write names, dates and messages exactly as you want them to appear.
- Include any colour preferences or custom-design request for us to check.
4. Check before sending
Please check spellings, dates, photo selection and your delivery address carefully. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us promptly with your order number so we can check whether a change is possible.
