How do I send my photos and personalisation details?
Reply to your order confirmation email with your photos, names, wording or design details and quote your order number. Read our step-by-step personalisation guide for help.
Which picture-frame sizes and colours are available?
Our standard picture frames offer 250x250mm or 300x300mm sizes in black or white. Options vary by design, so check the product page before ordering.
How many photos can a frame hold?
Many designs offer 1, 2, 3 or 6 photos. Some designs have fewer options, including single-photo baby scan frames. Select the layout shown on the product page.
What kind of photo should I send?
Use a clear, well-lit original image where possible. Avoid blurry images and screenshots. If you are unsure whether a photo is suitable, contact us before placing your order.
Can I request different wording or a custom design?
Contact us with your idea before ordering. We will discuss what is possible for the chosen product; available personalisation varies across the range.

Yes. Explore our memorial keepsakes and pet frames and keepsakes to find a suitable design.
Do you offer gifts other than picture frames?
Yes. Our gifts and homeware range includes crystal photo blocks, glass trophies, family tree mirror frames, slate clocks, coasters and personalised hip flasks.
When will my order arrive?
Please check our shipping policy for delivery information. Contact us before ordering if you need a gift for a particular date so we can discuss your requirements.
